For example, some clients made payments in advance whereas other customers had recurring payments. The solution had to enable the various teams to communicate and effectively manage the billing. The sales team needed the ability to communicate with the accounts team to inform them once the delivery was completed to start the invoicing process.

Streamlining billing with automation

Using our tried and tested TEB Suite (TEB Billing), with built-in customisation features our client are able to carry out their sales and billing activity effectively. The sales representative could add notes informing the accounts team about the deal's progress. Additionally, once delivery was completed the sales team could then assign a task to accounts to create and send invoices to the client. The sales team could also set reminders in order to ensure payments were taken.
